However, he was obviously in a lot of pain and still working through it. He might have hoped that the next time he collected a soul, the thorns might just finally do him in. Despite being terminally ill as a reaper (thorns of death), he has continued to work and has neither tried to beat the illness (like Eric was trying to do for him) nor speed up the process… unless continuing to work so hard actually speeds up the process. Jack Kevorkian ( ) and others have promoted human euthanasia, “mercy killings”, or “assisted suicide” in cases of terminal illness.Īnd as a reaper, he has shown much strength of character. However, I don’t see this as being weak he might have simply preferred to die on his own terms and with some dignity. I’ve also had similar ideas about Alan and his suicide, that he might have once been terminally ill and ended his life in order to avoid a slow and painful death… and an OD on pain killers or some other prescription drug might have done the trick.
BLACK BUTLER GRELL IN SHORTS FREE
If you still don’t believe me, the entire musical is on youtube under many different subtitled translations.įeel free to read this fan fic which describes the morning after in detail, with my own little twist~. Sebastian: That is quite enough, Master Grell. Grell: Oh, but you were so rough! Sebastian’s voice echoing in the moonless night… “Keep still, Oh say it again! Sebastian! In order to complete the investigation in one night, I needed the strength of a Grim Reaper.

Grell: Oh, that was a hot night… Me and Sebby… thrusting passionately… shared a sweaty night together!

Sebastian: And this time, I even received some help. Here’s a transcript excerpt of the scene: They don’t actually show it, but they do talk about it! (Grell is very passionate about it and Sebastian is very VERY indifferent.)
BLACK BUTLER GRELL IN SHORTS SERIAL
Ok so in The Most Beautiful Death In The World (the second Black Butler Musical), Sebastian was ordered to catch the serial killer, right? So when Ciel allowed the reapers (Eric Slingby, Alan Humphries, and GRELL SUTCLIFF), whom were also investigating the killer, to stay at the manor, Sebastian managed to not only figure out who the killer is, but capture him as well… (sort of).ĭuring the night, Sebastian found Grell running around the manor while she was fantasizing about him in THE OUTFIT THAT HE MADE HER WEAR (according to Grell, at least),Īnd then (to Grell’s delight and Sebastian’s utter displeasure, as we find out in the morning), he “interrogates” her much like he did Beast (the Circus Arc), and the Nun (the Cult Arc).Īlthough I’m not a big fan of SebasGrell (or whatever you want to call it), it’s almost one of my favorite scenes in the musical (besides the scene before with Eric and Alan and yeah I’m a Slingphries fan!) and it’s even better because, since Yana decided to put a frame of Eric and Alan into the manga (Chapter 115 I think? Or 113, I can’t remember, heartbreaking though it was), THE ENTIRE SECOND MUSICAL WAS MADE CANON!!! So (canonly) Sebastian did the frickafrack with Grell.
